Corporate Athlete uses AI to help generate training, recovery, and nutrition suggestions. AI is powerful but imperfect, and you should understand what that means for you.
AI output in the App is supportive guidance. It is based on the inputs you provide, on general training and physiology principles, and on the limits of the underlying model. It is not personalized medical, psychological, or coaching advice and is not reviewed individually by a human expert before it reaches you.
AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or simply incorrect. A plan may overestimate or underestimate what is appropriate for you on a given day. Treat suggestions as a starting point, not an order.
You know your context: how you slept, how you feel, what your week looks like, what your body is telling you. Always apply your own judgment. Adjust load, intensity, or volume. Skip, shorten, or swap when needed. The App is designed to make that easy, on purpose.
For medical questions, talk to a qualified healthcare professional. For high-stakes performance goals or returning from injury, work with a qualified coach or physiotherapist. The App is a planning assistant, not a substitute for them.
When the App calls an AI provider, we send only the data needed to generate the response (for example your goal, current week context, and prompt). We do not send your password or full account profile. See the Privacy Policy for more detail on third-party processing.
We continuously refine the AI logic, the guardrails, and the safety checks. If something the AI suggests seems off, please use the in-app feedback option. It helps us make the App safer and smarter.
